Orders shipped internationally may experience delays due to customs inspections or postal service disruptions in the destination country. We appreciate your patience, as these circumstances are beyond our control.

Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applied by your country’s regulations are the responsibility of the recipient. DenimZee is not liable for these additional charges.
🚫 Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. DenimZee is not responsible for lost packages due to:
Incorrect street names or numbers
Missing apartment or unit numbers
Incomplete address information
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
📦 Damaged Items During Transit
We carefully package all orders, but sometimes mishandling can occur in transit. If your item arrives damaged:

- Include clear photos of the product and packaging

Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are not liable for stolen or missing packages.
