Thank you for choosing Denimzee.com! We are committed to ensuring that you’re satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not fully happy with your women’s jeans or denim clothing, our return and refund policy provides a hassle-free process within 30 days.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Final sale items or those marked as non-returnable cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, email support@denimzee.com with your order number, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return.
- After your return request is approved, we will email you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back the item(s).
3. Refunds for Returned Items
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged. If you received a flawed product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement at no extra charge.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo and description of the issue, and we will arrange for a refund or replacement.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale, intimate wear, and specific promotional items are non-returnable.
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Cancellations after this period may be subject to a restocking fee.
