Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags and packaging
  • Free of damage, stains, scents, or signs of wear

How to Request a Return

  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Swimwear

  • Bodysuits

  • Fashion jewelry

  • Final sale items

Exceptions apply only if the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item(s) and issue

We’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund — your choice.

Lost or Undeliverable Packages

We are not responsible for orders lost due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • Unclaimed deliveries returned to sender

If the package is returned to us:

  • We can reship it (additional shipping fees apply), or
  • Issue a refund for the product only (original shipping is non-refundable)

Packages Marked as Delivered

If your order is marked delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors or your local postal office
  • Verify your delivery address and tracking updates

Denimzee is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery.

We encourage selecting a secure delivery address to prevent loss.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Important:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds apply only to the returned item(s), not the full order if partially returned
