Returns & Exchanges

 

We’ll always do our best to take care of customers . We are comittted  to deal with them fairly and reasonably.

With a Receipt Via Mail

If your purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. To return an item, the item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. You must return the item by mail as per steps below:

  1. Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
  2.  After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
  3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
  4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your Denimzee.com wallet if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return Conditions

  • You have 30 days to return or exchange the item please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event & party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
  • Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
  • We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
  • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
  • Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-denimzee products .
  •  The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

Refunds Credited

The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund. Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund unless the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment originally used for purchase.

If the full amount of your purchase was made with PayPal, your refund will be credited to the same PayPal account. If your PayPal purchase included a Gift Card, your refund will be credited to your PayPal account in separate amounts.

Exchanges:

At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return it using our returns process and then place a new order.

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by contacting our Customer Services department: Via email or call during working hours and within 48 hours of having placed it.

If you paid by credit card or debit card, and you have cancelled in accordance with this clause then we will reverse the authorisation or process a refund transaction (as the case may be) as soon as possible but we are not responsible for how long this will take to be reflected on your account as this is dependent on bank processing procedures.

If the full amount of your purchase was made with PayPal, your refund will be credited to the same PayPal account within 3 working days.

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations outside of the specified periods as the order will have been processed and can only then be cancelled through our returns/refunds process as mentioned above.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
